New Gold Coast building Jewel

For this project, the builder needed us to create an Arc framework that will form part of further construction to the new atrium in the Jewel project. Sometimes the fancy finishers need like a jig or formwork to enable them to fabricate and install other components.

This was a tricky project because the length far exceeded a common sheet length of ply, so the curve ply pieces connected up, then MDF was to slidden into the 8mm deep channel. The decorative pieces could then be made into an ARC using our material.
